Transformational Healing

The creation of the new Wound Care Center at St. Joseph Mercy Livonia will provide services to those suffering from chronic wounds. Working in concert with existing primary and specialty care, this collaborative approach will ensure the highest level of patient-focused care. This multidisciplinary center will provide a full complement of individualized treatment options including traditional services such as cleaning, dressing, pressure relief, and surgical therapy treatment.

For more complex cases, hyperbaric chamber therapy will also be offered to deliver high doses of oxygen
and help the body to heal wounds and improve circulation.
